New commercial premises approved at Seaton Park
We are pleased to announce that Design Development Ltd have secured planning permission for 10 commercial units with Class B1, A2 and D1 use on behalf of our client Unitbuild.
Our client asked us to prepare a planning application for the 10 new units within the Business Village of Plymouth International Medical & Technology Park, Derriford, Plymouth.
Due to the topography, the site has two separate access roads, allowing the two resulting sites to be relatively level, thus enabling an inclusive design to be achieved.
All of the proposed buildings on the site will be two storey in height and the external appearance and good quality materials palette suggested are the signature of the Unitbuild brand. Clean, modern and easy to maintain.
Design Development Ltd have also been appointed to provide the working drawings package for this development and work is due to commence on site during the early part of 2017.
