New dwelling for Compton Park Road approved
Plymouth City Council have granted planning permission for our design of a new 2 storey, 3 bedroom detached dwelling in Compton Park Road, Plymouth.
Our client approached us with a view to gaining planning permission for a new dwelling within her existing garden. The existing client’s existing property benefited from a large walled garden to the rear, which in turn fronted a separate street at the rear.
The proposal blends nicely with the design of a neighbouring property which has already been constructed based on the principles above.
Planning permission was granted in December 2016.
