A new lease of life for the former Plympton Hospital
After years of uncertainty surrounding the site of the former Plympton Hospital site, we are happy to announce that planning permission for 54 new homes has been granted.
Design Development Ltd were appointed as the lead architects for the scheme on behalf of a joint venture between Galliford Try Partnerships South West and Devon & Cornwall Housing.
The new scheme for 38 open market units and 16 affordable homes was unanimously approved by the Plymouth City Council planning committee on the 9th February.
Design Development Ltd have also been appointed to produce the working drawing package on behalf of Galliford Try with a view to commencing on site in around May 2017.
