Design Development Ltd were appointed by Linden Homes South West to provide a design service for the redevelopment of the former Plymouth College site. DDL were employed through from feasibility through to construction.

The development at Beechfield Grove comprises twelve luxury detached houses and is arranged within the site giving a comfortable and spacious feel.

The development feels exclusive due to its location, setting and the stone wall enclosing the site.
