Entering the building on its middle floor, circulation has been reduced to a minimum and simplified for ease of orientation for the residents, whilst enabling each floor to be segregated depending on its use category. The rooms are all well in excess of Care Standard requirements and numerous living rooms of varying sizes provide the residents with choice as to how and where they socialise.
