A scheme for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, the site is the location of a redundant secondary school in Truro which has now relocated. Two hundred and twenty six residential units comprising of two, three, four, five and six bedroomed houses along with one and two bedroomed apartments. Ninety units across the development are affordable units.
Trees have been retained on the site wherever possible and these have been incorporated in places within public open space. DDL worked very closely with the Client and the Local Authority to produce a scheme that was widely welcomed. The needs of the local church were also taken into account with improved parking and access being gifted to them by the Client through the scheme.
