The original Hanover Court, situated in the Barbican area of Plymouth, was a 1960’s three and four storey block consisting of 20 flats and a managers accommodation.

Design Development Ltd were approached by Bunny Homes to provide a full design service from feasibility through to completion with a view to modernising the external appearance of the existing building. At the same time an extensive refit and refurbishment internally throughout was proposed.

The final scheme now delivers 21 modern and stylish apartments in a sought after area of Plymouth which are available to rent from Bunny Homes.
