Chartered Town Planner, Architectural Assistant
Elizabeth has experience in both architecture and planning. She gained RIBA Part 1 followed by five years of experience working in an architect’s practice and then gained a masters degree in planning followed by five years of experience working for a planning consultancy. She became a Chartered Town Planner in 2016. Elizabeth is now able to combine her skills and experience working within the planning team at DD across all projects from residential master planning to one-off bespoke houses.

Elizabeth has extensive experience working on residential projects, including conversions, extensions and new build developments. She has experience working on listed buildings and projects within conservation areas as well as sites with local and national landscape designations. She is currently expanding her skillset working on larger scale housing projects, including 100% affordable housing schemes and zero carbon developments, within the Devon and Cornwall area.
Elizabeth also has experience working on commercial, mixed-use and education projects.
After five years of living and working in London, Elizabeth is enjoying living in the Westcountry and exploring Devon and Cornwall.
