Planning approval for holiday accommodation
Our proposals for a 2 storey, 1 bedroom holiday lodge has been approved by South Hams Council.
Having already secured planning permission for 4 new luxury dwellings on an adjacent site, our client approached Design Development Ltd to provide proposals for the provision of ancillary holiday accommodation behind their existing property.
The proposals are in keeping with the surrounding dwellings and will a provide high quality one bedroom holiday lodge with its own amenity space and parking.
Planning permission was granted in February 2017.
