DDL were appointmented to work on the Cornwall Land Initiative project on behalf of GTPSW and DCH.
The CLI (publicly launched as Homes for Cornwall) project is an innovative new housing programme for Cornwall that has been launched by Cornwall Council. The project will see over 320 new homes being provided on 11 council owned sites across Cornwall over the next five years and brings together the Council, leading housebuilding and construction group Galliford Try and affordable housing provider DCH in an exciting new partnership.
The 114 new homes at Shortlanesend will be a mix of open market and affordable housing.
DDL were appointed to take this scheme from feasibility through to on site.
