Cranbrook is a new town being developed in East Devon which initially aims to provide 2900 new homes, rising to over 6500 by 2027. We have produced the working drawings package for Taylor Wimpey Exeter for phase 2 of this special project.

Phase 2 will deliver 240 units consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes as well as bespoke apartment blocks.

We are also due to commence work on Phase 3 towards the end of 2017.
