DDL were appointed as architects for West Devon Borough Council following a tendering process to provide new offices, conference facilities, customer services reception, lettable accommodation, a dentist’s surgery and a new Council Chamber. The existing building’s accommodation was also renovated as part of the works. The resultant development cleverly masks the dated existing building and presents a modern and forward looking public face for the Council both externally and internally.
