Jon is the technical manager for design development limited (DDL) responsible for the delivery of technical solutions including working drawings and technical support documentation.

With over 40 years of experience, Jon has worked in Private Practice, London Architects and some of the largest multinational consultants based in the UK.

Jon’s experience within the housing sector is very extensive having worked for one of the UK’s largest house builders. Recent housing projects include a development of luxury flats in Newquay, Cornwall; a mixed development of housing and flats in Truro, Cornwall and a new Art Deco style property in Jersey. Jon is currently producing Working Drawing Packages for a number of the major house builders.

Jon has acquired great experience in most sectors of the construction industry, more latterly within defence and blue light services. Leisure complexes, power stations, schools and hospitals are also within his
portfolio.

Jon was also the site architect for Project Armada, the £80M re-provision of the Royal Navy’s shore based accommodation at HMS Drake in Devonport, Plymouth. This 3 year posting provided 1,446 new or refurbished en-suite ratings cabins with ancillary accommodation.

Jon has experience in 3D visualizations and graphic design, gaining many study modules at Plymouth CFE.
