Marie is responsible as the Housing Manager within design development limited (DDL) taking sites from the first principle of masterplanning, through the feasibility and detailed planning stages.
Marie works closely with our House building Clients, maximising site values whilst producing layouts that produce quality environments.
Marie has worked in and around the Plymouth area since leaving University and has been the lead Architect on numerous large contracts across many sectors for a number of Practices.

Marie is currently producing layouts for a number of the local and national house builders on sites all over the South West.

Marie has been lead Architect on a number of other schemes within the area, including Extra Care Housing, Housing Association and Education projects.
