Nick is a Senior Architectural Technician for design development limited (DDL) responsible for the production of working drawing packages and detailed information in relation to a wide ranging spectrum of projects.
With over 17 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician, Nick is able to work closely with our Planning team, especially with regards to master planning and site population, and has a detailed understanding of spatial design.
project specific experience
Nick’s experience within the housing sector is extensive. Recent housing projects include a development of high quality housing and flats in Trevenson, and a development of affordable housing in Plymouth. Nick is currently producing Working Drawing Packages for a number of the major house builders.
other experience
As a Senior Architectural Technician within DDL, Nick has been involved in all manner of projects, from Nursing Homes to Health Spas and has worked on everything in between during his six years at the company.
