Steve is the architectural designer and visualization manager for design development limited (DDL). He is responsible for streamlining and coordinating the work output from the company.

Steve is an expert in producing feasibility schemes for Clients that secure the optimum design solution.

Steve has vast experience in the housing sector both working in Private Practice and for House Builders.

Recent projects a number of schemes for our House Builder Clients across the South West.

Steve has also been involved in commercial and industrial architecture, and was responsible for the winning design for the recently completed new offices and conference centre for West Devon Borough Council in Tavistock.

With a speciality in three dimensional design, Steve is able to produce an accurate representation of the Client’s scheme at a very early stage in the design process. This not only aids the full understanding of a scheme, but provides a valuable tool by which timescales are kept to a minimum.

Steve is presently extending and refurbishing his own property.
