Following a strategic planning committee on 2nd July 2015 we are very happy to announce that we have successfully gained planning permission for the third site as part of the CLI project.
The site at Trevanion Road, Wadebridge has approval for 24 units in total consisting of 6 affordable houses, 3 shared ownership and 15 open market units.
We are also pleased to say that we have been appointed for the next stage of the project and we are currently producing the working drawing packages for all three sites that have gained planning to date, those being Shortlanesend, Blackwater and Wadebridge.
