Ham Drive Handover
The scheme we produced for Kier Living at Ham Drive, Plymouth has just been successfully handed over to Plymouth Community Homes.
The project consisting of 17 new affordable homes, 12 for rent and 5 for shared ownership sale, were completed on time and in budget.
Design Development was appointed as architects for the scheme from inception through to completion, originally by Plymouth Community Homes and latterly by Kier Living. We are very proud to have been involved on such a successfully delivered project. We look forward to continuing this positive working relationship with the whole design on our other current and future projects.
