We are delighted to announce that we have successfully gained planning permission for 8 luxury apartments on behalf of Kevin and Sue Briscoe on the former Plymouth College site, Hartley Road, Plymouth.
Each two bedroom apartment will be allocated 1 garaged car parking space, with the exception of the two top floor ‘penthouse’ units which will have 2 garaged spaces each.
There will be a further 4 unallocated ‘visitor’ parking spaces within the site boundary.
The Southern portion of site will be laid out as landscaped gardens for communal use.
A specimen Blue Cedar tree will be incorporated as part of the planting scheme as specified by the tree officer when the previous planning application was approved.
We are expecting to commence work on the working drawing package almost immediately with a view to completion on site in 2016.
